About Me

I am a sixty eight years young and live in Jersey the Channel Islands. Photography has become a very large part of my life especially in the last fourteen years or so , although in my early teenage life the bug to create in this way began. I used to have a tiny darkroom under the stairs in my parents house in those days and i still remember the excitement of watching my prints come to life in the developer solution even though most turned out not that good .

In this digital age i have made a lot of effort to improve my vision , darkroom skills etc which are all work in progress. Studying other photographers images and being inspired by the work of other art forms  play a big part too.

I enjoy experimenting with my creative boundaries to see what might occur which expands my vision in various ways  and not to be too bound by one particular style. The compelling urge to express myself and the way i see the world rolls on in this medium and still the process is on the whole as fresh as ever from when my photography journey was born.

Thank you for reading and looking at my creations and if you have any questions or comments please feel free to e-mail me at the address in my contact page.
